It is my understanding from others that Jeff Wilson was forced to retire from his prior job with KSP due to perjury.  He then came to be Hart County's finest, where he can do whatever he wants.

Justin Baird refuses to comply with discovery in my case also, and the crooked sheriff's dept. says I "waived my miranda rights", when they made up BS charges of child neglect to try to shut me up for voicing my concerns about the school system.  My lawywer is about to take it federal also, this county is going to get cleaned up one way or another!

A deputy asked me to come in for questioning for closing one of my gates in the middle of my farm.  What planet are we on here?

Some maniacs blocked my driveway with a vehicle and refused to move it.  The Sheriff's dept refused to help and didn't even go to talk to them.  They later encouraged the criminals repeatedly.  Then these people went and blocked two other deeded roads since the Sheriff's Dept was protecting them.  Meanwhile the legal owners have no recourse.  Criminals are protected but if you try to defend your own property, look out in Hart County.  Your deeds and titles mean nothing here.   Only who Jeff Wilson / Judge Ballard or their buddies like.

They told me making a new trail on my own farm was likely criminal, in front of my employees.

I was doing some tractor work at home, and one deputy asked me to come in for questioning for no known reason.  They use this trick to try to twist your words or set you up if they don't like you, or they aren't being paid off, who knows why.  Don't ever fall for this trick or go in unless ordered by a Judge.  They are up to no good in Hart County.  If they actually had a question or needed help, they will drive to you and shake your hand, or should, like a man.

Jeff Wilson just has a chip on his shoulder all the time, constantly ready to pounce on anyone he thinks has any sort of power to show what a big man he is.  Being nice does not help, he is just a Bully with a badge and not speaking out makes it worse for everyone.

I was threatened by a man coming to my farm/house on a Sunday Morning, getting ready for church, and he was trying to run over my dogs all over my fields.  Then he came to the house to mouth off about something.   I hadn't seen this man in years.  The sheriff Jeff Wilson tried to help the lunatic that did it.  I will send the video in shortly.​  Later, this same man was seen standing on the road near the property in a threatening manner and for no other reason for being there, after he knew he can get away with anything with no law.​​​

Once, an elderly man I had never met came to me nearly in tears for help because someone had scammed him and taken his car and title, and the Sheriff's Department and County Attorney wouldn't help.  You need to pay an attorney $3k and spend years if you want to get your $3k car back, so that they can fill their pockets.  He had heard who I was and that I help people.  I had his car and keys back within 6 hours, and the county clerk made sure he wasn't charged taxes twice, so shout out to them.  Truly pathetic though.  I'm surprised they didn't try to blame something on me for helping him. -W. My autistic son has been bullied by the Sheriff's Dept and the school system for years.  He is in tears often because they make fun of him instead of trying to help him.  They even filed false charges against me to try to make me go away for voicing my concerns.

My child was taken into hiding in dangerous places by my wife (at the time) who was having mental or emotional problems and didn't want others to see what she was doing.  The school, including Christina Boone who had a personal relationship with the mother, and Jeff Wilson would not let the father and Grandmother even see the child to check on his safety.  There is nothing more scary than having your child disappear and the Sheriff helps with it just because you're not part of the club.  I know people would say there's more to the story, but there isn't, it actually happened.

I was in the middle of a private meeting at the court house, and Jeff Wilson appeared out of nowhere with a threatening walk, tossed his coat on the chair, and just kinda hovered there.  I asked kindly, can I help you with anything?  He storms back with Rage, "I DON'T KNOW, CAN I HELP YOU WITH SOMETHING!?".  It isn't the first time.  Be careful if you go in that place and see him.  Most of them are nice though.  This guy has no emotional control, and there's just no explanation, other than the obvious.

I am a local business owner.  The sheriff and some deputies constantly target me.  I don't understand why, but if they see me or any of my company vehicles, they are out to get us for whatever they can make up that day.​​​​

"I,xxxx, a resident of Hart county . Who is not kin to Mr. Collins in any way, have been mistreated & bullied myself by Hart county school’s & the Sheriff & The County Attorney, as well as others who hold a position of Authority in this county.  After my (autistic) son was extremely bullied at HCHS , I requested to see the video footage in its entirety & was refused to view it in its entirety. I was also put through a run around when I went to the sheriff, Jeff Wilson, I was sent to KSP.   I was told by KSP that this was a Hart County Sheriff issue & to go back to him.

So as a parent I did just that. I was then told by the sheriff that KSP had an investigation. Which was never true . So after the back & forth for months, I said to the sheriff after he approached me at a school Board meeting, he wanted to talk to me, I told him I would talk to him after the meeting, because I was speaking at the meeting. So after I spoke I went to talk to the Hart County Sheriff.  I myself asked him to please sit down with me & watch the video’s of my son being bullied & he told me that he couldn’t do an investigation & or pull videos from the school

 

Then he brought up something that I put on Facebook. He said that I called him out on social media . He seemed agitated & then told me to meet him on 11/22/24 at 1pm & the run around would be put to a End on his part . He then on 11/22/24 around 11:00 am WITHOUT my permission pulled my Autistic son who is a minor out of class at HCHS with a CPS worker & He sat in the room & let this CPS worker interrogate my mentally disabled child.  Again without my Consent. I was never made aware of this until after 1:00 pm that same day. 

 

I went to meet with the sheriff after 1 pm to watch the video’s of my son being bullied. But instead I was read my Miranda rights & interrogated myself . I was treated like I was doing something wrong . The CPS worker as well as the sheriff said that my son never acted like he even had autism at all!  I never got to see the video’s & I was asked very private questions & I was even asked to sign a paper for the sheriff so that he could give the information to the school. I refused to sign that paper.

I was arrested and charged with a Felony for car theft.  My neighbor let me borrow his truck, but a relative on bad terms said it was stolen.  I had driven up to speak with the deputy and show him some court paperwork that I had rights to be on the farm.  Would someone do that in a stolen truck?!  The deputy would not stop to let me show him the paperwork on the way to jail, and I was stuck in jail for weeks.

I also realized after being there for awhile that this sheriff had taken this personally. As did the county attorney. I went to them for help & they didn’t help me at all! They made this personal, asking me my work history & other personal things . I requested a copy of my Miranda rights there was 5 rights on that document & then a place to print & a place to sign & then the date . I did not receive a copy of that document until 12/10/24 when I was served a criminal complaint from the sheriff.  It then had added to it on that paper the I waived my Miranda rights. & let me tell you, as someone that has been fighting so hard to protect not only my rights but my autistic child’s rights, I would NEVER waive them . So this is just a tiny bit of what I as well as my son has been through. This is most definitely Abuse of Authority."   ​​​​​​
