Kayla Rountree, the court clerk, is such a sweetheart.  One day, I was dealing with a lot, and I hadn't eaten in a few days or so, and my hand got shaky.  She personally came up and helped me fill out my check since I couldn't hardly even write.  A genuine good person. 

 

Felicia Shelton, Stacy and April at the County Clerk's office make things so much easier than we dealt with in the past for real estate transactions.  So glad we got helpful people in there now!  Sometimes it just takes a change of people to make the county a better place.​​​​​​​

In Hart county you must use their service even to get a dumpster.  All surrounding countries have many choices and price's to choose from and our pick up goes up at least one time per year. It's almost like a mafia run operation like in large cities. We only want choices and competition.  I do not wish to give my name as I don't want to be targeted by the county attorney's office.

The Hart County trash "service" charges just as much for a second can as the first, when they are there already.  They don't have to make any special trip, and no other company gouges customers like this.  Only Hart County where they have a monopoly and won't let others offer trash service here.

My son is autistic and they were trying to put him on the sex offenders list for a girl saying he touched her, then said they couldn't get the footage off the bus when we fought. He went to military school after multiple attempts to get him back in the regular class room.  Now I have a kid who can’t even count money or anything because it was all online and he doesn't retain information like that.  I hope you get something done it’s getting out of hand!!!

On a side note, if there are any good ole boys at the Sheriff's dept, or from other counties, that want the Sheriff position in Hart Co, reach out to me.  We will keep it anonymous.  I'll have my people look into things, and we will get you into office next election if we see good things.  Many in their party are ready for change also.  We may not have to wait until the next election, there's enough stories about Jeff making up fake charges already, many we haven't shared yet.  He's tried to with me at least 4 times.

Unfortunately we can't wait until 2030 on the judge, his next election.  Property is being stolen, families torn apart, constitutional rights trampled, etc.  This man is playing God with no interest in what laws or rights are.  We need all the stories we can find to submit to the judicial conduct commission to have a new one appointed that may follow the law, equally for all.  So keep the stories coming in.  Your name doesn't have to be shared with Judge Ballard, even from the commission, so you don't have to worry about him coming after you.  He can keep coming after me.  -Wes
